John Murphy

John has an IPAV qualification in estate agency and auctioneering from the Waterford Institute of Technology and has also obtained a Higher Certificate in Science in Property Valuation & Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology.

Eoin Casey

Eoin graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland in 2013 where he obtained a Bachelor of Business (Honours) Marketing degree course and achieved a Second Class Honours Grade 1 degree. Eoin has more than 6 years experience in the real estate industry.

John is a Recognised European Valuer and a member of TEGoVA (TEGoVA represents standard in valuations in 38 countries). We currently carry out valuation to EVS 2016 (The Blue Book) standards.

Here, at John Murphy Auctioneers, John is recognised as a TEGOVA R.E.V. (Recognised European Valuer) and TRV (TEGOVA Residential Valuer). These qualifications are the highest European standard for valuations, also recognised by the Department of Finance in Ireland.
